What I Wore | Airplane Edition

I can't explain how good it feels to be posting on my blog again, there's nothing more therapeutic than hitting that publish button. I am currently on my much needed Easter holiday, so my posts will be much more consistent. I thought sharing what I wore on my eight hour flight here would be a good way to ease back into blogging.

So whatever you choose to wear to the airport, comfort should always be the most important factor for obvious reasons. You can't go wrong with a simple top and jeans when traveling, this combination is just one step above sweats so I looked more put together without giving up  any comfort. I went for a slightly oversized striped top from H&M and my favorite pair of Topshop Joni Jeans. I actually get really cold on planes so I also threw on a long knitted cardigan from Monki, it happens toy be really really
nice and soft like someone you love giving you a long hug nice (I clearly have very strong feelings towards this cardigan). I didn't really accessorize just because traveling with too jewelry can be a bit of a hassle, so I kept it simple with some basic black flats from Bershka and my large Lonchamp Le Pilage tote.

In other news, I finally got around to reading ''And The Mountains Echoed'' By Khaled Hosseni on the plane. It fell slightly short of my expectations but it's a beautiful story that I would definitely recommend. So there you have it, what I wore and I guess what I read airplane edition.

I promise I won't take so long with my next post.

  3. I totally agree about The Mountains Echoed - I found the ending really unsatisfying! A Thousand Splendid Suns is definitely more Kite Runner quality so don't worry about that!
